Welcome to the Rutz Laboratory.
Our research is focused on bridging living systems and technologies for sensing, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications in healthcare. Our methods include manipulating biological-device interactions through materials design and the use of advanced manufacturing. Our laboratory is led by Prof. Alexandra Rutz, Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.
Interested in joining the Rutz Lab? Students (undergraduate and graduate), technicians, and postdocs interested in exploring opportunities in the lab should email Prof. Rutz with an attached CV. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
